December 31:
First Night Columbus
Ring in the New Year with this yearly celebration in Downtown Columbus. Before fireworks light up the night sky, guests enjoy live music and family-friendly activities from 5 p.m. until midnight. Tickets are $10 each during presale or $15 on the day of.
March:
Arnold Sports Festival
Named in honor of Arnold Schwarzenegger, this annual sports festival brings together 20,000 athletes from 80 countries. With 75 competitions, it’s the world’s biggest multi-sport tournament.
March to September:
Blooms & Butterflies
Celebrate the return of spring at Franklin Park Conservatory. Each year, hundreds of butterflies emerge from their cocoons and delight visitors wandering the conservatory filled with tropical flowers. Special events occur daily, starting at 11 a.m.
Late May:
Columbus Asian Festival
Champion diversity at Columbus’ Asian festival where over 100,000 guests visit each year. Held on Memorial Day weekend in Franklin Park, this dynamic event has dragon boat races, martial arts, dance performances, and a tasty array of Asian dishes to eat.
June:
Columbus Art Festival
Situated on the downtown’s scenic Riverfront, this festival attracts over 300 artists from across America to share their creations. Besides gazing at art, attendees listen to live music, eat gourmet fare, and enjoy dance and theater shows.
July:
Jazz and Rib Festival
Happening annually in Bicentennial Park and Genoa Park, this summertime event invites guests to chow down on juicy barbecue while musical acts take center stage outdoors.

Festival Latino
Two days of Latin American fun happens every summer in Columbus. As Ohio’s largest Latino event, this festival packs a lot of punch into 48 hours filled with authentic food, Latin dancing, live entertainment, and much more! Join the party in Genoa Park.
